Timber-framed core of earlier house with sandstone rubble refacing and further additions; tarred slate roof to main house, part pantiled roof to outshut. East gable end has small 2-light wooden mullioned window to upper floor to right; heavy wooden frame to doorway to lower left with plain shaped head and ledged door; 2-light casement window to outshut to right.
