Description

The James Memorial is a chest tomb located approximately 13 meters west of the Church of St Andrew in Hampton Bishop. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed from sandstone ashlar. The tomb has a rectangular plan featuring a moulded plinth and capping, with plain balusters on either side of fielded inscription panels.
