LOSTWITHIEL CHURCH LANE, Lostwithiel SX 15 NW 10/66 James monument in the churchyard about 3 metres south east of south aisle of Church of St Bartholomew GV II

Chest tomb. Early C18. Granite with slate top. Flat top with moulded edge, no plinth, slate inscription plate on top has incised border with inscription lettering around the edge and central panel with verses. To Henry James, 1705.
