Description

Tremean is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is built of granite rubble and features a slate roof with gable ends, although the stacks have been removed. The house has a double depth plan with a central entrance, and the principal rooms are located to the front right and left, giving it a symmetrical appearance. It stands two storeys high with an attic on a plinth and has three windows, all of which are 15-pane sashes. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door with an overlight and a hood supported by brackets. There are also two hipped dormers, each containing a 12-pane sash window. The interior has not been inspected.
