The building is constructed of rubble, with a rendered first floor and a painted ground floor. It has an asbestos slate roof with gable ends and a brick stack on the right side. The structure is single depth, featuring a shop on the ground floor and a staircase at the rear right that leads to the upper floor. The building has two storeys and three windows; the first floor has three modern three-light windows, while the ground floor features a central panelled and glazed door, a six-pane shop window to the left, and a plate-glass window to the right, all topped with a band course.
