LOSTWITHIEL FORE STREET (south side), SX 15 NW Lostwithiel 10/78 No 2 - GV II

House, now shop. C18, possibly incorporating to rear part of the Duchy Palace; C20 alterations. Rubble, rendered at first floor and painted at ground floor. Asbestos slate roof with gable ends and brick gable end stack to right. Single depth, with shop at ground floor and stair to rear right giving access to upper floor. 2 storeys and 3 windows, first floor has three 3-light C20 windows, ground floor has central panelled and glazed door, 6-pane shop window to left and plate-glass window to right, with band course over. Interior Not inspected.
