Milestone located to the south-east of the junction with Broadlands Lane, dating from the mid 19th century. It is made of cast iron and features three facets. The inscriptions indicate distances: 1 mile to Hereford and 13 miles to Bromyard, along with the designation of Hampton Bishop Parish.
