Description

No. 86 Aylestone Hill, formerly known as Kilburn House, is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of stucco and features a hipped Welsh slate roof with a brick lateral stack. The building has two storeys and a three-window range with 6/6 sash windows and sprocketed eaves. The central front is recessed, with pilasters at the angles of the projecting wings. There is a central round-headed doorway that includes an ornamental fanlight, along with pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice.
