Coursed dressed stone; Welsh slate roof; 2 reduced ridge stacks with C20 superstructure. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range: plain sashes in quoined moulded ashlar cases; eaves cornice; 3 stone roof-dormers with plain sashes. Curved bay with parapet, and 3 plain sashes; 3 similar sashes under pointed arches with hood moulding; band over. Right returned side: similar sashes; 2/2 sashes to wing to rear. Left returned side: tier of plain sashes; entrance porch with panelled door in quoined ashlar case, under moulded pointed arch, over; plain sash and eaves cornice, over. Wing to rear.
