Description

This stable, located approximately 20 metres east of Upper Wythall, dates back to the 17th century. It features timber-framing set on a sandstone base, topped with a pantile roof. The building has two storeys, with four windows on the ground floor and two openings above. There is a door on the left side. The right-hand gable wall displays an exposed truss that includes two struts between the tie-beam and collar, along with two additional struts above. Inside, the left-hand end contains 19th-century softwood stalls.
