Farmhouse. C16, altered C20. Sandstone rubble, part stone slates, part C20 roof covering. Single depth with rear outshut and catslide roof; aligned east/west facing south, two lateral stacks to rear enclosed by outshut west of centre entry, C20 extensions to west. Two storeys and attic, altered fenestration; four windows with C20 2-light glazing bar windows, concrete lintels, traces of former blocked window with cambered head to first floor, west of centre C20 ledged door, two stone buttresses to west, single storey and attic to C20 extension, two similar windows. Large east stack with two partly rebuilt diagonal plain shafts, early C19 square plan west stack. Former gable entry to west with cambered head now blocked and obscured by extension.
