Farmhouse. C17, extensively remodelled and extended during late C19. Timber-framed core with brick later additions and refacing completely rendered to south-west front, tiled roof. Irregular plan aligned north- west/south-east with C19 cross-wing to south-east, and projecting porch to south-west front. Two storeys and attics. South-west front: blank brick refacing to left of main house, small gabled dormer to upper left with rectangular light, central gable with a 2-light casement window, two 3-light casement windows to first floor, small gabled two-storey porch to left with small light in upper floor and open ground floor with blocked former doorway, a penticed roof extends from porch to right cross-wing with central gable over 3-light casement window on ground floor, and square-headed doorway with panelled door to right, gable end of C19 cross-wing with one 2- light casement window in attic and 3-light casements windows to first and ground floor. Interior largely of late C19 alterations but retains some chamfered ceiling beams with ogee stops.
