Shop and dwelling. Early C19 front to earlier core. Stucco; steep-pitched Welsh slate roof; cross-axial brick end stack. 3 storeys; 2-window range: 6/6 sashes with moulded shouldered architraves, and sill-band; grooved storey band; similar sashes; band to coped parapet; dormer. C20 shop front: glazed door and plain overlight, to right; fascia-board and moulded hood, on plain pilasters. Rear: roughcast gable wing with steep-pitched roof, dormer and brick lateral stack; C18 light; C19 and C20 sashes. INTERIOR not inspected. Of one build with part of No.1, Broad Street (qv).
