Description

This is a farmhouse, likely dating to the first half of the 18th century but remodelled in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with a hipped slate roof and end stacks. The two-storey building over a cellar has three bays. The south elevation features projecting brick bands above the ground and first floor windows. It has flush-framed, segmental-headed sash windows with glazing bars. Two wall tie-plates are located at the top of the central window. Steps lead up to a central six-panelled door, which is sheltered by a hipped roof porch supported by two cast iron columns.
