Description
Street Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century, with some alterations from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof, featuring external gable-end stacks. The east front is two storeys high, with stone coped verges and a brick band at each floor level. There are five windows with boxed glazing sashes set under segmental heads; the second window from the left is blind, and the second from the right has been blocked with a circular window. The ground floor has a similar window arrangement, with a central entrance that is approached by three steps. The entrance features a Doric pilastered wooden doorcase with an entablature, an overlight with X-glazing, and a six-panel door.
