Description
Burtoft Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century, with some minor alterations from the 19th century and extensions added in the 20th century. It is constructed of roughcast rendered brick and features a slate roof with stone coped gables and two partly external brick stacks. The building is two storeys high with a garret and has a five-bay front that includes a first-floor band. The central entrance has glazed double doors that are sheltered by a 20th-century hipped roofed glazed porch, with pairs of plain sash windows on either side. The first floor also has five similar windows, all of which have plain stucco splayed lintels. Inside, there is a stick baluster staircase with a wreathed handrail.
