Description
The building is a former coach house at Easthorpe Court, dating from around 1804 and now used as a garage. It is constructed of rendered brick and features a hipped slate roof with ashlar dressings, including a central decorative diamond. The structure has two storeys and a three-bay front. On the ground floor, there is a central segmental arch flanked by single semi-circular arches, which are covered by 20th-century sliding garage doors. The first floor has three semi-circular two-light fixed windows. This building is included in the listing for its group value only.
