Description
Arrow Lawn is a house dating from the 17th century, with an extension added in the late 18th century and some alterations made in the mid-20th century. The building features a timber frame with brick infill, which has been extended in stuccoed brick, topped with a slate roof. It has an L-shaped plan, with the western limb from the 17th century and the southern range from the 18th century. The gable-end stacks on the 18th-century range have brick shafts.
The east front is two storeys high and has three windows: two tripartite sashes flanking a glazing bar sash. The central entrance is framed by a stuccoed porch that has a moulded cornice and pilasters, with a glazing bar sash above. There is a half-glazed door on the left side of the entrance. To the right, there is a slightly recessed section, also two storeys high, featuring a glazing bar sash. The 17th-century rear wing is a single storey high.
