Description
Number 14 on Church Street is a house that has been converted into flats, dating from the early 19th century. The building features a stucco exterior, which is rusticated at the ground floor, and is topped with a slate roof and brick end stacks. It stands three storeys high and has a five-window range, with a combination of 6/6 and 3/6 sash windows. A moulded cornice runs along the deep plastered eaves. The central entrance boasts a six-panel door with an enriched fanlight set in a round-headed case, which is adorned with a moulded stone open-pediment hood supported by attached fluted columns. The entrance is flanked by 6/6 sash windows, and there is a storey band running across the building. The interior has not been inspected.
