Stucco (rusticated to ground floor); hipped Welsh slate roof; brick stack. 3 storeys; 2-window range: 6/6 sashes; 3/6 sashes; moulded cornice to eaves. Entrance to right: 6-panel door and fanlight in round-headed panelled reveals, under flat hood on pilasters with paterae on entablature blocks. Left returned side: painted brick. INTERIOR not inspected.
