The building stands three storeys tall and has a two-window range, with 6/6 and 3/6 sash windows and a moulded cornice at the eaves. The entrance is located on the right side and consists of a six-panel door with a fanlight set in a round-headed panelled reveal, topped by a flat hood supported by pilasters with decorative paterae on entablature blocks. The left side of the building is finished in painted brick. The interior has not been inspected.
