House, now dental surgery. Early C18. Squared limestone rubble rendered to the ground floor; freestone eaves cornice, pilasters, platband, plinth and dressings; stone slate roof with brick stack to rear, 3-light casement window to central hipped dormer; wrought-iron brackets to gutter. Deep plan on narrow former burgage plot. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic; 2-window range. The 1st floor has tall slender 9/9-pane sash windows with old glass set in raised segmental-arched surrounds with keystones cut into the lintel. C19 paired plate-glass sash window to the left of the ground floor, C19 6-panel door with overlight to the right with a C19 cast-iron bootscraper to the centre. The rear is gabled with a stack to the right, and a small-paned 3-light casement window to the attic. Lower floors have tall sash windows with edge-roll moulding to the architraves, 4/4 panes to the 1st floor, 6/6 panes to the ground floor with a door to the left. INTERIOR: not inspected.
