Description

The Mill is a corn mill built in the mid-19th century, with some alterations made in the mid-20th century. It is constructed of brick and features a flat concrete roof at the rear, with rendered brick beneath a slate roof. The west front has four storeys and includes four windows, each with a semi-circular head made of blue brick and iron casements, flanking a central door that also has a semi-circular head. The second floor mirrors this arrangement, but the central opening is blind. The third floor features a single, central, segmentally-headed window. The ground floor design is similar to that of the first floor.
