Farmhouse. Earlier core probably of late C16 or early C17, altered during early C20 after fire damage. Sandstone rubble with C20 Welsh slate roof. L-plan with main house aligned north-east/south-west, facing north-west, rear wing extending to south-east at south-west end; left of centre entrance .with stack backing onto former through-passage. North-west front: single storey and attic to earlier surviving section to left, two-storey altered section to right with higher roof level and hipped to south-west end. Wooden framed 6-light diamond mullioned window partly blocked to exterior to left and one 3-light casement window and similar 2-light window to right of entrance; gabled canopy, wooden frame and battened door, small dormer window below shaft to left of junction with higher roofline lights former stone winder stairs (now blocked to interior). Interior: broad through-passage with plank-and-muntin partition to left-hand side with pair of segmental- headed doorways, one distorted and widened at a later date.
