Description

This barn, located approximately 15 metres north of Palace Farmhouse, dates from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is timber-framed and sits on a sandstone plinth, with sections refaced in brick, some covered in weatherboard cladding, and parts featuring woven infill. The roof is tiled. The barn consists of two framed bays aligned east to west, which adjoin another two framed bays aligned north to south, creating an L-shaped plan. There is a doorway at the angle of the L. The interior has not been inspected.
