Description

The Jones memorial is a chest tomb located approximately 8 meters west of the west tower of the Church of St Deinst. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of ashlar stone. The tomb features a moulded plinth and capping, along with a prominent rectangular inscription panel that has star-shaped details at the corners. It commemorates Esther Jones, who died in 1809, and Richard Jones, who died in 1818, both of whom were "late of Llangrove."
