Description

The Jones memorial is a chest tomb located approximately 2 meters east of the south porch of the Church of St. Oswald, dating from around 1835. It is made of sandstone and features a rectangular shape with a moulded plinth and capping. The corners and the center of the long sides are adorned with reeded pilasters, and there are moulded inscription panels. The inscription on the top ledger commemorates Catherine Jones, who died in 1835.
