Farmhouse. C18, altered mid-C19. Sandstone rubble, brick shafts to stacks, hipped slate roofs. L-plan, principal range aligned east/west facing north, forward projecting cross-wing at east end, further additions to west and to east. Principal range formerly had end chimneys; the east one now enveloped by early C19 matching extra bay, entrance now central; further entrance in angle to cross-wing. Two storeys, altered fenestration 1:3 windows mainly cross-casement windows with cambered heads to first floor, 3-light window, glazing bar sash window and 2-light casement to ground floor with flat arches, stone voussoirs, cambered head to doorway, C19 ledged door, crenellated quadrant porch with partly-glazed door in angle of L.
