Description

This is a house, now divided into three tenements, located on the south side of West Street in Pembridge. The original structure dates to the 17th century, with alterations made in the mid- to late 19th century. The building exhibits square-panelled timber framing on the upper floor and brick refacing with underbuilding below. The roof is covered in Welsh slate. The building has three bays arranged along an east/west axis, with axial and end stacks. The facade features a moulded bressummer above the brick underbuilding, which may indicate a former jettied upper floor. The first floor has three two-light casement windows. The ground floor has three two-light casement windows, one to the left of a glazed door, a further glazed door, and a ledged door to the right. The building is included on the list for its group value.
