Description

This barn, located about 10 metres east of Baytree Farmhouse, dates from the 17th century and has undergone some repairs in the late 19th century. It features a timber frame with some wattle infill and is partially covered with weatherboarding, all set on a coursed rubble plinth beneath a corrugated iron roof. The barn consists of three framed bays that are aligned in a north-east to south-west direction, with a central threshing floor that includes a full-height two-leaf door. The framing consists of three square panels high.
