Luntley Court Farmhouse

Luntley Court Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 17th century, with an extension added in the late 17th century and some alterations made in the late 20th century. The building features a timber frame with painted brick infill set on a rubble plinth, topped with a machine-tile roof. It has four framed bays arranged in an east-west orientation, with the western bay being the later addition. There is a gable-end stack on the eastern side made of rubble with a brick shaft.

The south front has one storey with an attic, which is illuminated by three gabled dormers and a 2-light casement window located to the left of centre under the eaves. On the ground floor, there are three windows: a 2-light casement on the left and two 3-light casements. A continuous plank weathering runs along the front. The entrance, positioned to the left of centre, features a triangular canopy supported by shaped wooden brackets. The door consists of six panels, with the upper two being glazed and the lower four raised and fielded. The framing includes three square panels high with straight angle braces, and it was originally jettied on the east gable.
