Description
Brockaly is a house dating from the 17th century, with an extension added in the early 19th century and restoration completed in the late 20th century. The building consists of three framed bays arranged in a north-south direction. There is a lateral stack on the east wall, which has a rubble base and a brick shaft. The east front was raised on the left side in the 19th century to create two storeys, featuring a 2-light casement window, while the attic is illuminated by a dormer with a lean-to roof. The ground floor includes three windows, with two 2-light casements flanking a fixed window. The entrance is located in the west wall, accessed through a 20th-century brick outshut. The framing of the house consists of three square panels high, and the gable-end truss features two struts supporting the collar.
