House, now with flats. Early C19. Brick; hipped Welsh slate roof; 2 brick lateral stacks; brick stack to rear. L-shaped on plan. 3 storeys and cellar; 3-window range: 6/6 sashes in moulded cases under gauged brick flat arches; central 2-light casement and two C20 casements under gauged brick flat arches; moulded and corbelled brick band to eaves. Central entrance: part-glazed 6-panel door in panelled reveals under moulded wood pediment hood on fluted pilasters; to left, 8/8, to right, 6/6 sash, with moulded cases under gauged brick flat arches. Right returned side: coursed sandstone rubble plinth; shallow canted bay with 4/4: 6/6: 4/4 sashes under moulded cornice and hood on fluted pilasters; late C19 three/three sash under grooved stucco lintel; C20 two-light casement; returned eaves detail. Rear: single-storey wing with 6/6 sash. INTERIOR not inspected.
