Description

This barn, located about 25 yards southeast of East Cottage, is likely from the mid to late 18th century. It features a high rubble plinth, a timber-frame structure, and weatherboards, topped with a plain tiled roof. The barn has five bays oriented east to west. On the north elevation, the lower part consists of weatherboards across three rows of panels, while woven ventilator panels cover most of the top two rows. The entrance is in the middle bay, with ledged double doors, and the gables are fully weatherboarded.
