Description

No. 13 High Street is a building from the 18th century that was refronted in the early to mid-19th century. It features a red brick front and a tiled roof with gable ends. The building has an eaves cornice and modillions. It stands three storeys tall and has three sash windows with glazing bars, which have segmental heads and keyblocks. The ground floor has a projecting shop front that dates from the early 20th century. This Market House, along with all the listed buildings on the east side of High Street, forms a cohesive and notable group.
