Description

No. 5 Church Street is an 18th-century building constructed of red brick, featuring a moulded eaves cornice, a slate roof, and end chimneys. The structure stands three storeys tall and has four windows. The two central windows on the top floor have been rendered over in white and are set in wooden moulded boxed frames. The shop front includes a modern fascia above three flattened bows with arched lights, although the glazing bars are missing. There are two doors with a cornice above, but the southern door has been replaced by a window.
