Description

Holly Cottage is a former coach house, dating to around 1830, and now used as a house. The building is constructed of brick, colourwashed, with stone dressings and a concrete tile roof featuring a single ridge stack. The window lintels are reeded and splayed. The layout is L-shaped. The two-storey facade has a three-window arrangement of 20th-century casement windows, with the central window being larger than the others. Below, a central segment-headed carriage opening has been filled with a 20th-century window with glazing bars. To the right is a weatherstripped door with a segmental head. The building is listed for its group value.
