Bamboo Garden Restaurant Prudential Property Services

Bamboo Garden Restaurant and Prudential Property Services is located in Southwell and consists of two houses that date back to around 1800, although they have undergone alterations in the mid and late 20th century. The building is constructed of brick, with the front featuring roughcast and colourwashed surfaces, topped by a hipped slate roof. It has two side wall stacks, wooden eaves, and a gutter.

The structure is three storeys high and features two corniced shallow bay windows, each containing three glazing bar sashes. Above these, there are four glazing bar sashes set in moulded surrounds. At the ground level, there are two early 20th-century wooden shopfronts with a continuous fascia, although the one on the right has been altered in the late 20th century. Each shopfront has a recessed glazed door flanked by single windows. Additionally, there is a 19th-century iron lamp bracket located on the corner to the left.
