House, now estate agent's office. c1800, with late C20 alterations. Brick with channelled rusticated stucco ground floor, stone dressings and hipped slate roof. Rendered plinth, chamfered eaves, single side wall stack. Upper floors have a projecting centre with a round headed recess containing the windows. 3 storeys; single tall glazing bar sash with rusticated lintel and semicircular balcony with iron railing. Above, a small sash with rusticated segmental head. Ground floor has a full-width C20 shop window with door to right. Right side has a central wooden doorcase with open pediment on consoles and part-glazed 6-panel door with fanlight. Interior has cantilevered stone dogleg stair with turned newels and stick balusters.
