Description

Duncombe Park Estate Office is a house that has been converted into an estate office, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a pantile roof and features brick stacks. The entrance is off center and leads into a two-storey building with four windows on the first floor. The front has a four-panel door beneath a radial fanlight, flanked by fluted pilasters that support an open pediment. On either side of the door, there are two 16-pane sash windows, each with channelled lintels and keyblocks. The first floor also has 16-pane sash windows with stone sills. The building is topped with gable coping and has end stacks as well as a ridge stack.
