Description
This is a house located at 1 North Kelsey Road, built in the late 18th century with an early 19th-century extension and alterations. The building is constructed of brick and features a pantiled roof with raised stone coped gables and two brick ridge stacks. The front has three bays and two storeys, with a moulded eaves board. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed panelled door with a plain overlight, and a narrow hood supported by a console bracket. On either side of the door are single glazing bar sashes. On the first floor, there is a central blocked window opening flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To the right, there is an early 19th-century irregular two-bay, two-storey brick extension with gable stacks, which includes two glazing bar sashes on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
