Description

31, Scotgate is a mid-19th century building, originally the stabling for Rook House on Scotgate. Constructed of stone, it features hipped Welsh slate roofs and comprises two blocks. The front has three windows, one of which is blank, with glazing bars. The ground floor projects forward, featuring two windows, wood pilasters, and a central archway with carved spandrels and a pediment. The building forms a group with numbers 29 to 41 on Scotgate.
