Description
The Rookery, including stables, is an early 18th-century building located on Stanmore Hill. It is constructed of pink brick and stands two stories tall, featuring nine windows. The building has a tiled roof with an eaves cornice. A notable feature is the impressive pedimented porch on the south side. At the north end, there is a stable range, also early 18th century, which includes a white weatherboarded clock tower and cupola.
