Description
The Old Brewery House, located at 189 Stanmore Hill, is a building dating from around 1760. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys with three bays. The central entrance features a six-panel door topped by a bracketed hood. The windows are near-flush timber sashes set beneath gauged arches. The building has a rebuilt parapet and a double-pitched roof covered with tiles. To the left, there is a later addition, likely from the late 18th century, which is also made of red brick, has two storeys and two bays, and features a blocked door. This addition has a slate roof with a gable on the left side and a hip on the right, along with a corbelled chimney.
