Description
The lodge and gate piers to Stanmore Hall date from the mid-19th century and are designed in the Gothic revival style. The lodge is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and stands two and a half storeys tall. It features two traceried windows that have dripmoulds. To the left of the lodge, there is a turret topped with a swept pyramid roof. The matching gate piers are adorned with heraldic beasts on top.
