Description
The building is a former garden house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped by a hipped asbestos sheet roof and featuring two ashlar ridge stacks. The structure is two storeys high with a four-bay front arranged in a 1:2:1 pattern, where the central two bays are slightly advanced and topped with an open pediment. It has a moulded eaves cornice. Originally, there were four tall doors, but three have been reduced to windows. On the first floor, there are four window openings. All openings have plain ashlar surrounds with flat ashlar arches. The building is positioned against a tall park wall, with the plinth visible from the inside.
