Description
This garden feature, dating from around 1845, was originally part of the garden terrace of the now-demolished Uffington House. It is constructed from ashlar and terracotta and consists of a wall with projecting side walls that end in circular piers. The top of the rear wall is shaped and has moulded copings. An oval panel displays the Bertie Arms, which is topped by a coronet, all made from terracotta. This feature was located at the southeast corner of the garden terrace.
