Description
The kennels, yard wall, and railings were built in 1868 and are constructed from coursed squared limestone rubble with ashlar dressings. The building features a slate roof and stone coped gables, along with a single ashlar ridge stack. It is a single storey structure with a seven bay front, where the end bays are advanced and gabled. There are seven planked doors with plain ashlar lintels. To the right of the center, there are two small yards enclosed by cast iron railings set on a low brick wall with stone coping, which ends in a square ashlar pier with a coped top. The kennels were built for Christopher Turnor.
