Description

No. 57 Lincoln Road is a lodge built in the late 19th century, designed in the Tudor style. It features coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and has a slate ridge roof with two white brick diagonal stacks. The building has a cruciform plan and is one-and-a-half stories high, showcasing four stone-coped gables that include kneelers and finials. On the ground floor, there are two-light plain sash windows with dripmoulds, and above these, single-light sashes are set within the gables. A single-storey porch with a 19th-century plank door completes the structure.
