Cottage now outbuilding. Late C18. Coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings. Pantile roof with 2 gable brick stacks. Brick dentilated eaves, brick plinth, and ashlar quoins. Single storey. 5 bays. Central 2-light casement, with to the left another 2-light casement in a former doorway and to the right a doorway with plank door, flanked by single 2-light casements, all under segment brick heads.
