It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a pantile half-hipped roof on the east side. The building has a single ridge and a single red brick gable stack, with quoins at the corners. It is a single storey plus attics. The front has a central two-light casement window, a former doorway that has been partially blocked, and is flanked by single light casement windows, all of which have wooden lintels. The east gable wall includes a two-light casement window, with another two-light casement above it.
