Description

Number 31 is a cottage that dates from the mid-19th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pantile roof with a single ridge stack. The building is two stories high and has three bays. On the left side, there is a round-headed doorway with a set-back 20th-century door. To the right, there is a three-light casement window, followed by a plank passage door, both of which have segment heads. Above, there is a central three-light casement and two flanking two-light casements, all with segment heads. The cottage is accompanied by a low brick wall topped with spearhead railings and a gate.
